On the morning of April 10, 2026, the topping-out ceremony of The Aspira project was solemnly held with the presence of the Board of Directors of Sai Gon High Rise, along with distinguished guests and strategic partners.

The topping-out ritual took place at the highest point of the building, marking a significant milestone in the project’s development journey. It also serves as clear evidence of Sai Gon High Rise’s credibility and strong project management capabilities.

Beyond a construction milestone, the ceremony symbolized trust and partnership, reflected through firm handshakes and a shared vision for long-term development.

More than 500 days of relentless effort by the construction team and partners have built a solid foundation for The Aspira to confidently move into the finishing phase, getting closer to the handover stage.
