The Aspira Tops Out Basement and Commences Superstructure — Marking a Milestone in the Journey to Shape an Energy-Living Community

On June 26, 2025, The Aspira held the Basement Topping-Out & Superstructure Commencement Ceremony right at the project site — a firm milestone signaling the completion of the foundation phase and the official rise into the skyline.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the developer Phuc An Gia, the project development unit Sai Gon High Rise, the main contractor Decofi, backing bank Nam A Bank, and other strategic partners — together marking another leap forward in crafting an “energy-living” environment at the heart of the future multi-billion-dollar mega-metropolis after the merger.

The event not only reaffirmed the assured speed and quality of construction, but also reflected the long-term vision and sustained commitment of the developer and project development unit in building a residential space driven by life-energy at the center of the new Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Ba Nghiep — CEO of Sai Gon High Rise, the development unit of The Aspira — shared:
