CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE – WEEK 4, MARCH 2025

The construction pace at The Aspira remains vibrant and fully aligned with the planned schedule. The project continues to accelerate on site with key construction activities underway:

• Foundation works, underground tanks, and basement B2 slab beams are nearly 70% completed.
• Basement B1 slab construction is being accelerated to maintain overall progress.
